7. Appointment Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us as early as possible.
Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time and missed appointments may not be eligible for a refund, subject to your statutory rights and the terms of our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
8. Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your treatment in order to avoid affecting other appointments.
